I know Tinkering Tuesday is supposed to be something we spied here, there and everywhere… but we did spy this… in our very own Ti mailbox! It was an entry for our latest contest. Glenda Tkalac although we can’t pronounce her last name… we can pronounce her the BIG WINNER of the “Comfort” contest. Glenda made a mini book about her favorite ...

I am so ready to go on vacation. My family is just doing a few little mini-vacations this year. As a girl born and raised in Florida, I am most excited about going to the beach. Of course getting away to Chicago with just my husband will be super fun too. Doesn’t this altered boat by Linda Harrison just get you in the mood to get away to ...

Well here she is, Kimmie!!! She is active on our BLOG and a fabulous Ti scrapper. Here are a few projects that we love by Kimmie! Notice how she folded the petals on the flowers to add such depth and dimension! (gotta envy those cutting skills)
How about the bold artistic feeling you get from her webkinz LO.

Here’s the story… On Thursday night I stayed up scrapping until 3:30 AM. When I had completed my projects I looked around and decided, I am a slob! I think I could have scrapped a lot faster and more efficiently had I been better organized.

I can hardly wait to get back and post some great new projects and Ink techniques using our paper and ranger products together. I will try to post while I am gone if I can find access to a computer so you can see the Ranger pictures. Have a great ...

This may date me but…Do you remember that old shampoo called "Gee, your hair smells terrific"? The commercial had a girl who told two friends and they told two friends and so on, and so on, and so on... Then the T.V. screen split into a thousand tiny boxes of girls telling other girls the news about this fabulous shampoo.
Well girls, it is your turn ...

Have you ever stepped on a Lego? Well, I have and it is amazing to me how something so little can hurt so much! Late one night this past week (around 3:30 AM) I was walking in the dark to bed and you guessed it... ouch!
(I wish that was the only word I said but luckily everyone else was asleep so there were no little ears to hear) ...

Well here is a little chance to see a peek of what you have all been asking for... and so politely I might add. This peek is dedicated to Michelle who works in our office. She just got engaged this weekend to the lohf and is getting married on August 29th!
Today when Michelle came to work she told me that her legs felt like Jell-O. She then explained that it was because she ...

Years ago I was traveling through France with my sister and we came across the advertisement for this movie at a train station. The poster was giant and we had a good giggle over the title. I always wondered what the direct translation was. In America this movie was called "Dude, where's my car?" When I looked up the English translation it is... "Hey guy, she is my cash register." I never actually saw this ...

Today we had our good friends the Corcoran Family over for dinner. I usually like to serve Haute Cuisine on Sundays but today just felt different. The sun was shining but the air was cold and crisp. It just felt like a day for good old-fashioned "comfort food". My DH Paul makes this fabulously delicious "chicken fried steak" but he uses boneless pork chops instead of steak and breads them with all ...

First might I say WELCOME Kate B! We love newcomers! Secondly, Mart... are you on a dial-up connection? I asked our web guy and he says that he has checked everything and that is the only reason he can think of that you might not be able to see the pictures!
Now I can tell you all about my wardrobe issues! You ladies all know that each CHA we make shirts that look like our papers, right? Michelle and I sew them ...

Well it is true, I have been busy getting things ready for CHA and neglecting to put up a few tidbits form the NYC trip. It seems like we just got home and I am going to turn around and head back that way in just a few weeks! Lastnight my computer crashed and I lost everything on it! Luckily I had most of my stuff backed up on "Tinky" (that is my external hard drive). The not so lucky part was that ...

I have been sleeping with the window open for the last week or so because the weather is changing. It is not hot enough to turn on the air conditioning yet but it is kinda warm in the house by the end of the day. This morning little Gibson came in to jump on my bed and I said to him "Shhh, listen, can you hear the birds outside my window?" He said in a ...
