I spy Nancy aka Starwomenten!

I was admiring a new garland by Linda Harrison at scrapbook.com and this Lay-out caught my eye... It is by a woman named Nancy and can I just tell you how I love it so! The sewing... the circles... the colors... the swirls... it is all such yummy goodness! This Lay-out is also a perfect example of how you can use Tinkering Ink for a clean and simple look with a touch of fun! Thanks for getting the Ti groove Nancy!
